About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global Talent Acquisition initiatives including process redesign, organizational changes, and systems rollouts.
- Own Talent Acquisition operating cadence with recurring reviews, dashboard reporting, and action tracking to ensure accountability and progress.
- Partner with Senior Director to identify risks, prepare executive communication, and govern TA reporting on hiring metrics, compliance, and vendor management.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in business operations, program/project management, or chief-of-staff-type roles; recruiting/HR experience is a plus.
- Experience managing operating cadence for senior leaders or functions with independent review and follow-through.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders across regions/time zones and driving accountability without formal authority.
- English communication skills including preparation of executive/board-level materials.

- Experienced in cross-functional program management within Talent Acquisition or HR operations in a global matrix environment.
- Data-driven operator skilled in using recruiting and workforce metrics to inform business decisions.
