About This Role
- Support plant team in financial reporting, forecasting, planning, analysis, accounting, controls, and compliance to meet plant financial goals.
- Prepare and analyze Strategic Plans, Profit Plans, Forecasts; develop financial models and business cases for productivity and cost initiatives.
- Ensure accurate monthly financial close, compliance with US GAAP and statutory requirements, support audits, and drive process improvements including ERP and automation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with professional qualification: CA, CMA (ICWA), MBA Finance or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Plant Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and US GAAP; understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.
- Experience with Oracle R12/ERP preferred and advanced Excel skills.

- Experienced in plant-level financial management within manufacturing environments and capable of detailed variance analysis and financial modeling.
- Effective in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management within a matrix organization.
