About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects focused on Manufacturing modules including both Discrete and Process Manufacturing.
- Manage customer engagements through requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT, UAT), and production go-live.
- Coordinate offshore/onshore teams, mentor junior consultants, and handle functional issue resolution, data validation, and cutover activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years Oracle SCM functional experience with strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Manufacturing expertise.
- Led a minimum of 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations as Lead, covering Process and Discrete Manufacturing.
- Experience working with global clients and US stakeholders; willing to work CST shift (5 PM to 2:30 AM IST).
- Location requirement: Chennai; Oracle Fusion SCM Manufacturing certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both Process and Discrete Manufacturing domains within Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
- Proven capability to lead complex, global SCM projects including solution design and customer workshops.
- Effective in coordinating cross-location teams (offshore/onshore) and mentoring junior resources in a consulting environment.
