About This Role
- Lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Design scalable solutions aligned to business processes in HR, IT, Finance, and SCM, facilitating stakeholder workshops.
- Manage project delivery lifecycle including risks, dependencies, change requests, and integration with HRMS/payroll/IT systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with enterprise process integrations, APIs, and data models.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA or Rocketlane.

- Experienced in managing complex enterprise deployments with a consultative and problem-solving approach.
- Comfortable engaging both technical and business stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
- Knowledgeable about AI concepts, particularly Agentic AI, and capable of mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices.
