About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale KYC and client onboarding software solutions using Fenergo platform.
- Drive architecture and engineering best practices, including event-driven and domain-driven design, across large KYC and regulatory compliance platforms.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, lead critical project deliverables, and contribute technical leadership to strategic technology transformation efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing KYC, Client Lifecycle Management, or workflow-based solutions.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Fenergo platform including configuration and workflow implementation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in Fenergo platform and banking/financial services domain with KYC, AML, CLM knowledge.
- Experienced in Domain-Driven Design (DDD), event-driven architectures, and cloud/container technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, influence engineering best practices, and work in global onsite-offshore delivery models.
