About This Role
- Lead cross-functional electronic payment processing implementation projects involving both technical and non-technical teams from Mastercard and customers.
- Act as central point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives throughout end-to-end processing implementation project execution.
- Define scope, plan, and manage multiple customer processing implementation projects simultaneously following global project coordination methodology.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: Experience in Information Technology with good understanding of network technology, applications, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of payment transaction processing, including authorization, clearing, settlement, and industry business knowledge.
- Good understanding of Mastercard’s payment processing systems, formats, customer testing services, and the four-party model transaction lifecycle.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact well with customers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex electronic payments implementation projects in customer-facing, matrixed organizations.
- Deep understanding of Mastercard’s payment processing ecosystem and ability to translate theory and principles into practical implementations.
- Capable of handling multiple parallel projects and managing technical change while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
