About This Role
- Lead daily property operations ensuring compliance with building procedures, health and safety standards.
- Manage client relationships as primary point of contact to meet or exceed expectations on facilities.
- Oversee site budget, contracts, procurement, vendor performance, and coordinate financial operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in facilities management or related fields.
- Certification in SCEM and working knowledge of occupational safety preferred.
- Experience with contract management, budget supervision, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.
- Location requirement: On-site in Pune, Maharashtra.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing property technical systems within a life sciences environment is a plus.
- Proven ability to resolve complex issues using analytical and quantitative methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required for engaging multiple stakeholders including clients and vendors.
