About This Role
- Lead the bid process by partnering with key stakeholders to execute strategic sales opportunities including RFIs, RFPs, presentations, and contracting.
- Create and champion bid strategies and winning value propositions, coordinating internal reviews and aligning with internal processes to meet deadlines.
- Enhance proposal quality by integrating best practices and developing engaging, visually impactful tender responses and presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in Solution Development, Bid Management, and/or Real Estate industries.
- On-site location requirement: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and proposal development; experience in strategic sales and corporate real estate environment (facilities, projects, or transaction environment) is important.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end bid/proposal processes with ability to create innovative, tailored solutions under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across matrix organizations and senior stakeholders, including sales leaders and subject matter experts.
- Strong communicator with well-developed proposal writing and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with diverse internal and external groups.
