About This Role
- Collaborate with site managers to ensure efficient daily operations and delivery of property management services at multitier MCST commercial buildings.
- Monitor and conduct routine checks on M&E services, maintain operating system licenses, and ensure operations align with approved schedules and safety standards.
- Manage maintenance activities, contractor coordination, inventory control, and audit sites to identify defects and facilitate timely repairs and unit handovers.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
- Proficiency with commercial operation management software is preferred, with strong Microsoft Office skills mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, Tamil Nadu with a scheduled 48-hour workweek.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in commercial property management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multitier MCST commercial properties with operational and maintenance oversight.
- Skilled in using property management and operation management software alongside Microsoft Office.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining effective communication across organizational levels and managing vendor relationships.
