About This Role
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities, focusing on Java, Spring, Microservices, and related technologies.
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Provide technical expertise and coaching to mid-level developers; ensure adherence to application design standards and architecture blueprint.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis using Java, Spring, Microservices.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Experience with Angular is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development with strong understanding of software application programming and system analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, capable of adjusting priorities quickly.
- Able to provide in-depth technical analysis and innovative solutions while ensuring compliance and risk management considerations are met.
