About This Role
- Lead and manage MIS reporting and data management projects, ensuring flawless delivery and meeting stakeholder requirements.
- Design, develop, and standardize MIS reports and data processes, including automation and enhancement of reporting capabilities.
- Oversee risk management, control monitoring, audit readiness, and compliance related to data governance and reporting activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in MIS reporting, data management, and information systems development.
- Expertise in advanced SAS, SQL, UNIX, MS Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint; Tableau is a plus.
- Bachelor's or university degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in program management of large MIS and data governance initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in financial domain data management, preferably with Cards, Retail Banking, or Mortgage customer lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams, driving process improvements and modernization including automation and version control.
- Comfortable operating in a techno-functional role involving both standardized reporting and ad-hoc analysis across matrix environments.
