About This Role
- Lead and drive the modernization and enhancement of the Global Concentration Engine platform with over 50% hands-on coding and architecture work.
- Define and execute the strategic adoption of AI, including Generative AI, to improve predictive capabilities and business impact within a complex, transaction-heavy environment.
- Manage and mentor a global technology team, fostering strong stakeholder communication and delivering high-availability, scalable financial SaaS products.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in technology roles with recent hands-on coding and leadership experience.
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML projects from concept to production within enterprise settings.
- Expertise in Java/Springboot, Kafka, container platforms (OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes), and modern software architectures (Agile, SAFe).
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior leader comfortable as a player-coach balancing hands-on technical delivery and strategic leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, business-critical SaaS platforms in financial services, preferably Treasury or Liquidity Management domains.
- Experienced in fostering innovation and engineering excellence within global, multi-disciplinary technology teams.
