About This Role
- Manage end-to-end execution of performance management cycles including goal setting, check-ins, and reviews across global teams.
- Configure and monitor HR systems (Workday) to ensure accurate workflow and task completion for talent programs and compliance training.
- Develop and maintain repeatable processes, communication plans, and resources for enterprise-wide talent management and compliance initiatives, incorporating AI-enabled solutions to optimize operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of collaborative Human Resources program management experience in a multinational corporation.
- At least 5 years experience managing performance management systems, talent reviews, or compliance training.
- Proficiency with Workday modules including Performance, Skills Cloud, LMS, and Talent, plus advanced Excel and basic data analysis skills.
- Experience working across multiple time zones in matrix or global organizational structures.

- Experienced in operating large, recurring HR talent programs in fast-paced, global environments with focus on detail and process accuracy.
- Skilled in navigating cross-geographic teams and stakeholder engagement within complex matrix organizations.
