About This Role
- Own technical support, incident troubleshooting, and system configuration for key business applications including SVN, Perforce, and GitHub to maintain SLA compliance.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, implement security updates, and perform environment maintenance and refreshes.
- Collaborate with global teams to deploy application updates, document systems, and develop functional specifications with Business Analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience in administration, configuration, and support of Linux, SVN, GitHub, Perforce, and DevOps tools.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience working with monitoring tools such as Grafana and PRTG, and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

- Experienced in managing and supporting version control and DevOps tools in complex environments with global collaboration.
- Strong ability in performance tuning, security implementation, and incident resolution with measurable impact on application availability and efficiency.
- Capable of clear technical documentation and translating user requirements into functional specifications with cross-functional teams.
