About This Role
- End-to-end management of procurement cycle for assigned categories including sourcing, RFP/RFQ issuance, evaluation, PO management, delivery follow up, and supplier payment coordination.
- Support Head Office procurement team on assigned purchase requisitions.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance including Oracle data management, stock/asset register upkeep, audit adherence, and execution of rate contracts for vendors.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation with MBA in Supply Chain Management; advanced degree in Economics or Mathematics recommended.
- 4-6 years of procurement experience specifically in General Purchase (Facility), Services, and Printing.
- Experience with creating/drafting procurement documents or agreements preferred.
- Work location: Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. Expertise with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is expected.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced procurement professional comfortable managing multiple procurement process stages including negotiation and vendor interfacing.
- Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and Excel (pivot tables) with a detail-oriented approach to reporting and compliance.
- Able to implement innovative practices for process improvement and cost optimization within procurement workflows.
