About This Role
- Own governance and oversight of General Accounting processes including month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of 50+ full-time employees ensuring delivery quality, KPI/SLA maintenance, and cross-training.
- Prepare and review analytical reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and packs for monthly Balance Sheet governance meetings.
Minimum Requirements
- Approximately 13 years of experience in outsourcing environments across any industry vertical.
- Qualified Accountant or Semi-Qualified with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing large teams (50+ FTEs).
- Work Experience Required: Around 13 years in outsourcing environment.
