About This Role
- Execute and support daily operational activities including shipment receiving, segregation, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, and processing to ensure accuracy and productivity.
- Assist Shift In-charges with work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and maintaining adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain operational discipline, support service commitments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10th Standard pass educational qualification.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
- Physically fit to perform operational activities involving standing, walking, and manual handling of shipments.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays; basic English reading, communication, and computer skills including handheld scanner usage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in shipment processing and warehouse operations with attention to operational accuracy and productivity.
- Capable of supporting team coordination, coaching, and maintaining operational discipline under supervision of Shift In-charges.
- Comfortable working in shift-based roles with 25% travel and a strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous operational improvement.
