About This Role
- Execute and support daily operational activities including shipment processing, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading/unloading ensuring high accuracy and productivity.
- Assist Shift In-charges with work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain operational discipline, support service commitments, and drive continuous process improvements in logistics operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th Standard Pass.
- Experience: 3–6 years in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier or supply chain operations with preferred experience in shipment processing and warehouse operations.
- Physically fit for manual handling, standing, walking; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile application skills, basic English reading and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced logistics operations professional skilled in multi-process operational execution and coaching junior staff.
- Comfortable working in a shift-based, physically demanding environment maintaining high operational discipline and safety standards.
- Strong adherence to process compliance with ability to contribute to operational improvements and service quality enhancements.
