About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and Blue Collar roles.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and references, and screen profiles per job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, and maintain recruitment tracker and database.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment including Blue Collar hiring.
- MBA in HR is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Job location is Chennai.
