About This Role
- Manage day-to-day IWD Analytics Solutions portfolio including backlog, stakeholder coordination, release readiness, and solution rationalisation.
- Translate operational problems into clear technical requirements, design solution components, and build hands-on prototypes or proofs of concept.
- Coordinate with IT architects and data engineers on data pipelines, integrations, testing, and production readiness, ensuring solutions meet KPIs and adoption goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, or equivalent.
- 6-10 years experience in supply chain domain, specifically in solution architecture, design, analytics, data product delivery, data engineering, automation, AI, or digital process transformation.
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Databricks or comparable cloud data platform, and data modelling.
- Office-based role requiring in-person presence at company facilities at least 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supply chain and IWD domains such as warehousing, transport, inventory management, WMS, or TMS.
- Able to translate ambiguous operational challenges into structured, measurable technical solutions with clear success criteria.
- Proficient in stakeholder management across business, IT, and partners in fast-moving environments, with a demonstrated ability to support proofs of concept and delivery of AI, automation, or digital data-product solutions.
