About This Role
- Lead Financial Services Transformation and risk advisory engagements for banks, NBFCs, capital markets firms, and global capability centers focusing on credit risk, liquidity risk, regulatory compliance, and model risk.
- Drive client origination, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CROs, CFOs, Audit Committees), and oversee delivery of multi-geography advisory and transformation programs.
- Develop differentiated Financial Services Transformation solutions, provide leadership in model validation and regulatory advisory, and mentor high-performing teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in financial services risk management, risk advisory, model risk, treasury risk, regulatory risk, audit advisory, or financial services transformation.
- Strong expertise in credit risk, liquidity risk, IRRBB, IFRS 9 / CECL, ICAAP, model risk governance, stress testing, capital adequacy, and regulatory frameworks (Basel, SR 11-7, PRA, EBA, APS).
- Experience leading independent model validation across PD, LGD, EAD, IFRS 9 models, AI/ML model validation, and treasury risk models.
- Education: Bachelor of Technology (mandatory) and MBA/PGDM (preferred). Work Experience Required: 15+ years.

- Senior professional comfortable leading large client engagements and cross-functional, multi-geography delivery teams in financial services risk domain.
- Strong consultative and executive presence with proven client relationship management and GTM strategy skills in advisory and risk transformation for global financial institutions.
- Experience with advanced quantitative and statistical modeling, regulatory compliance advisory, and ability to develop innovative FST solutions including automation and AI/ML model governance.
