About This Role
- Lead and continuously improve the EUIT managed service model across infrastructure, applications, data, and technology platforms, ensuring operational health in availability, resilience, security, performance, and user experience.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled, automated, and self-healing operations through collaboration with technology teams and partners, establishing a roadmap for predictive detection and remediation.
- Own business continuity and disaster recovery strategies for EUIT technology services, coordinating responses to significant disruptions and ensuring tested recovery plans are in place.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in technology operations, service management, or related technology leadership roles.
- Experience leading or governing managed services in infrastructure, cloud, applications, data, or technology platforms.
- Experience managing strategic technology partners and outsourced/offshore delivery models.
- Location: Chennai or Bangalore, India (onsite requirement implied).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in improving service reliability, operational resilience, and performance at scale within large, complex organizations.
- Familiarity with modern technology operations frameworks including ITIL, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), observability, and FinOps.
- Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and delivering results across matrix organizations without direct authority.
