About This Role
- Lead provision and modernization of IT infrastructure and local application platforms for Deutsche Bank India, ensuring risk, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
- Oversee technology services delivery within budget at industry-leading standards supporting business growth and franchise expansion.
- Engage with local, regional, and global stakeholders, manage technology staff development, define operating models, and represent IT service delivery in key committees.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in technology leadership or business roles within financial services.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Deep knowledge of India banking regulations related to IT services and proven experience in IT service management, risk, and cyber-threats.

- Experienced in enterprise technology covering infrastructure, application services, cloud hosting, AI, and financial services business principles.
