About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of scalable technology solutions in Accounting domain with end-to-end ownership including architecture, coding, testing, and release.
- Hands-on engineering leadership involving mentoring teams, conducting design/code reviews, and championing engineering best practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Drive AI adoption in software development lifecycle and business problem solving, including use of LLM-based applications and agentic AI workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 14 years of IT industry experience with strong hands-on expertise in Java and full-stack development.
- Strong technical skills in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, modern frontend frameworks (e.g., ReactJS), and databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, OpenShift), DevOps/CI-CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 14 years in IT with relevant technical and leadership expertise.
