About This Role
- Operate and enhance an AI-driven observability and reliability platform for enterprise-scale environments using Dynatrace.
- Build and deploy AI/ML-powered agents for log and metric analysis, predictive monitoring, automated alert triage, and root cause analysis.
- Design and implement self-healing recovery systems integrated with CI/CD pipelines to reduce MTTR and prevent outages.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Production Operations.
- Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace and Linux-based systems.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Bash.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in designing and operating highly available distributed systems with a focus on reliability trade-offs and SLOs.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production monitoring and automation workflows for anomaly detection and predictive alerts.
- Skilled in collaborating across teams to implement operational standards, automation, and resilience in cloud-native and regulated financial environments.
