About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines handling market, trade, position, and reference data for Asset Management.
- Provide L3 production support and ensure operational controls, including data quality, reconciliation, monitoring, and compliance with audit/regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Investment Management, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to drive data platform modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of technology experience with 5+ years in Financial Services, Asset Management, or Capital Markets.
- Strong technical skills in PL/SQL development, Python programming, Shell/Perl scripting, Snowflake Data Cloud, Kafka, and enterprise scheduling tools (Control-M/AutoSys).
- Experience designing and supporting large-scale, mission-critical enterprise data engineering solutions and production environments.
- Good understanding of Asset Management domain including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Mutual Funds/ETFs, and handling trade, position, security master, market, and investment reference data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering enterprise-scale data engineering solutions within Agile teams in Financial Services or Asset Management.
- Technically proficient in cloud data platforms (Snowflake), event-driven architectures, and operational excellence including scalability and resilience.
- Able to collaborate across technical and business teams to influence technical roadmaps and support strategic modernization efforts.
