About This Role
- Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services and data platforms supporting Nike's supply chain optimization.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, scalable data pipelines, and integrated systems ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end engineering solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong backend development expertise in Python including Flask and/or FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and SQL databases (PostgreSQL and/or Snowflake).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and maintaining scalable distributed systems and microservices for enterprise environments.
- Proficient in cloud-native development using AWS services and modern DevOps practices including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- Capable of independently driving backend platform solutions with strong understanding of supply chain or data pipeline workflows.
