About This Role
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver and govern project milestones, ensuring timely completion of key deliverables.
- Develop, maintain, and present executive dashboards and standardized PMO reporting frameworks to management and stakeholders.
- Manage project communication, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to support governance forums and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in PMO, project coordination, or project support roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, production, or automotive engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, and Power BI for dashboarding and reporting.
- Work location: Pune, India; Willingness to travel overseas as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, or product development environments with exposure to Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and enhance project governance and reporting processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills with a detail-oriented and accountability-driven approach.
