About This Role
- Lead multiple SCRUM teams in design, strategy, and execution of software development projects aligned with product roadmaps.
- Drive engineering excellence through work estimation, delegation, team alignment, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Managers; oversee architecture and development for scalable, maintainable, high-quality software solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of total experience with at least 3 years in a team lead role.
- Proficiency in backend (preferably JavaScript) and frontend (preferably React or other JS frameworks) technologies.
- Experience in microservice and event-driven architectures.
- Experience in SDLC with agile methodologies and database technologies like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineering leader with multi-disciplinary team and multi-project management background.
- Strong strategic thinker with ability to influence cross-functional teams and formulate product and business strategies.
- Comfortable working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and driving data-driven execution and transparency.
