About This Role
- Own quality assurance for TJX’s core Buying systems within the Global Merchandising Solution Delivery organization.
- Drive functional and automation testing including story refinement, defect triaging, and ensuring operational readiness for new features.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts for integrated systems including cloud, web applications, and APIs.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Test Engineering, Business Analysis, or Functional Testing in Retail domain.
- Proven expertise in functional testing for Buying processes in large-scale retail environments.
- Hands-on experience with Java or C# programming and automation tools like Selenium.
- Proficient in software testing lifecycle, methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, HP/ALM, and Zephyr.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong subject matter expertise in Retail domain processes and buying tools, including integrations with warehouse and financial systems.
- Experienced in both manual and automation testing of complex web applications and APIs within agile, cross-geographical teams.
- Technically skilled with automation scripting and familiar with cloud platforms (Azure) and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
