About This Role
- Lead front-end architecture and development of React-based user interfaces for an enterprise virtual agent (Eva) and custom SharePoint solutions to enhance employee engagement and administrative workflows.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered, scalable solutions optimizing UI/UX, streaming APIs, and enterprise workflow automation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into modular, maintainable software components while ensuring code quality, scalability, and security.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of software engineering/application development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern React development including UI/UX design, streaming API handling, and performance optimization.
- 3+ years of RESTful API design and integration experience.
- 2+ years working with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
