About This Role
- Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance software systems and features across Tekion’s platforms.
- Influence architectural decisions and technical strategy while ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability from concept to deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, set engineering standards, and resolve production and development technical challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C++).
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native services, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Demonstrated ability leading complex software feature development and driving architectural decisions in cloud-native environments.
- Experienced in mentoring teams and promoting engineering best practices to improve team effectiveness.
