About This Role
- Support and guide quality assurance staff on regulations, compliance, policies, and scoring procedures.
- Review and score work, escalate key maintenance errors, and facilitate quality calibrations to ensure consistency.
- Design and conduct training, provide coaching, and make final scoring decisions impacting quality results.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of Quality Assurance support experience or equivalent (work, training, military, education).
- Experience in quality assurance, lending operations or equivalent relevant experience.
- Knowledge of loan documentation, commercial banking operations and end-to-end loan lifecycle.
- Experience with Loan IQ/AFS, nCino reporting or comparable banking systems is preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in reviewing loan documentation, legal agreements, and credit approvals ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Skilled in identifying control gaps, operational risks and developing process improvements in quality assurance.
- Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management and coaching skills, with ability to interpret legal and procedural documents independently.
