About This Role
- Define and lead Finance Transformation strategy, roadmap, and target operating model aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Drive AI, automation, and digital adoption across Finance processes to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
- Partner with senior Finance, Business, and Technology leaders to influence and execute large-scale Finance transformation initiatives including ERP and shared services modernization.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Strategy, Finance Consulting, or Enterprise Transformation roles.
- Proven experience leading or partnering on large-scale Finance transformation programs with consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes and operating models; hands-on with AI, automation, ERP transformation, or shared services in finance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving complex, enterprise-wide Finance transformations requiring strategic judgement and executive stakeholder influence.
- Deep domain expertise across multiple Finance functions (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Treasury, Tax) combined with technology enablement knowledge (AI, digital platforms, ERP like SAP S/4HANA or Oracle).
- Able to deliver measurable business value through Finance modernization and change management while balancing long-term and near-term priorities.
