About This Role
- Lead hands-on design, build, and implementation of production components, data pipelines, integrations, and cloud infrastructure for clinical supply chain systems.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to junior/mid-level engineers while maintaining active hands-on engineering involvement (~75% execution, ~25% leadership).
- Ensure governance, compliance (GxP/GCP/CSV), and security practices are implemented, and partner with product and business teams to translate goals into technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise data platform roles with sustained current track record designing and implementing production systems.
- Strong AWS cloud expertise including data storage, processing (Glue, DMS, Lambda, EMR), API/orchestration (API Gateway, Step Functions), and infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, CDK).
- Strong SQL and dimensional data modeling skills (Redshift, Oracle, SQL Server); experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Terraform). No explicit notice period mentioned.
