About This Role
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely milestones and high standards.
- Oversee governance activities including action tracking, decision logs, controls documentation, and policy adherence for the AI programme.
- Deliver clear reporting and analytical insights on programme progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders including senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 10 years experience in programme delivery, business management, PMO, or controls within financial services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting; skilled in data analysis and visualization.
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 10 years in relevant roles within financial services.

- Experienced managing complex cross-functional programmes with exposure to AI, data, or technology initiatives within large global organizations.
- Strong governance and controls knowledge within regulated financial services environments.
