About This Role
- Provide L2/L3 operational support and ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of Generative AI and Big Data platforms across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Drive platform reliability and operational excellence including incident management, capacity planning, automation, and production support.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams to onboard applications, maintain platform compliance, and improve operational processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise platforms in production environments.
- Strong experience with Linux/Unix administration, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with scripting and automation using Shell, Python, or Ansible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) with a focus on GenAI and Big Data platform operations and capacity management.
- Proven ability to handle distributed systems troubleshooting, incident management, and platform scalability in fast-paced production environments.
- Familiarity with automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, monitoring/observability tools, and enterprise security and compliance practices.
