About This Role
- Manage Marketing Resource Management (MRM) Platform and Invoice Management activities across USCC, Client, Wealth, and shared services businesses.
- Lead platform system enhancements, updates, releases, including end-to-end testing, change management, and project management activities such as writing user stories and test scripts.
- Oversee business administrative tasks including audits, business continuity, financial tracking, reporting, user support, training, and onboarding additional businesses to the platform.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in a financial services role.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of program budget, expense management, and reporting.
- Experience in managing system enhancements, testing, change management, and financial accrual controls.

- Experienced in financial services with a strong operational focus on platform and invoice process management.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and internal communication at senior levels.
- Capable of leading reengineering activities to streamline invoice processes and managing cross-functional coordination with IT and business units.
