About This Role
- Provide strategic financial insights by partnering with business leaders to support decision-making.
- Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans with financial data analysis.
- Contribute to financial model development, management presentations, and process improvements for financial planning and analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, CA/CMA Inter, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in Internal/External Reporting.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of VB/SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial data analysis with ability to identify key trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams and preparing management presentations.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and interest in process improvements and technology-driven analysis (e.g., Python for automation is a plus).
