About This Role
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with QA standards and SLAs.
- Manage end-to-end digital project delivery from briefing to post-launch optimisation, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
- Act as primary client contact managing timelines, expectations, budgets, and reporting to senior management with detailed documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing multiple digital projects concurrently from briefing to delivery on SaaS-based projects with product lifecycle knowledge.
- Computer Science degree with hands-on project management experience plus training in project management methodologies.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master preferred.
- Familiarity with JIRA and project management methodologies is mandatory.

- Experienced in setting and maintaining project management standards, processes, and best practices including documentation and templates.
- Comfortable coordinating across design, development, content, marketing, and sales teams in a digital environment.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, time management, multitasking abilities, and effective client/stakeholder relationship management.
