About This Role
- Design and develop AI tool product learning and marketing content across multimedia channels to increase user adoption and maturity.
- Assess existing knowledge assets, identify content gaps, and create engaging, multi-format product collateral including videos, animations, infographics, and social media.
- Manage content storage, maintenance, and automated workflows in platforms like SharePoint and Viva Engage to support AI product teams and streamline user experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in designing and developing learning and marketing content for software product users, including hands-on multimedia content creation.
- 1+ year experience using AI tools such as M365 Copilot, chat tools, or coworking tools.
- Proficient with SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage or similar platforms, and multimedia content development tools like Canva and Articulate Studio.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years related experience as above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in large enterprises with scaled software product knowledge solutions and automated content workflows.
- Strong capability in creating user-centric, simplified digital learning experiences for software or AI tool users.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI productivity tools (M365 Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude Chat) and converting technical content into engaging training and marketing collateral.
