About This Role
- Build, own, and maintain ML models and data pipelines for large-scale, real-world enterprise data processing and process intelligence.
- Diagnose and resolve production data and model issues, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure data quality and model reliability in customer environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts, including code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of industry experience in building and deploying data science or ML solutions in production.
- Strong Python programming skills with emphasis on clean, modular, testable code.
- Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Spark or Databricks.
- M.S. or B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proficient in applying supervised/unsupervised ML, NLP, deep learning, sequence modelling, or process mining techniques in production settings.
- Experienced in diagnosing real-world data quality and model behavior issues and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Enjoys hands-on coding and problem-solving while actively mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team technical growth.
