About This Role
- Lead delivery of complex cross-functional software programs on time, within budget and scope.
- Develop and maintain program plans, track portfolio performance of transformation initiatives, and report status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Oversee agile development processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and enforce project management standards and policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years managing large-scale software engineering projects and programs.
- Expert knowledge of agile methodologies and Jira.
- Experience in complex business processes, change management, digital adoption, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Proficient with Microsoft technology suite, Jira, ServiceDesk, Visio, and program management reporting tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fast-paced technology environments with ability to align software initiatives to business objectives.
- Strong domain knowledge in renewable energy sectors such as Sales, Engineering, R&D, Operations, or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Capable of strategic thinking combined with detailed execution and skilled at financial modelling to assess project ROI and risks.
