About This Role
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for loans against gold, from ideation through release and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, risk, credit, collections, operations, and tech teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Use competitive analysis, user feedback, and data analytics to define, prioritize features and measure business performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Full-time MBA degree required.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in BFSI or Fintech industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.
- Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (onsite requirement).
