About This Role
- Develop and deploy AI/GenAI and LLM-based models focusing on NLP and multi-step agentic workflows.
- Design and manage end-to-end AI/ML pipelines covering data analysis, experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and optimization.
- Oversee AI service scalability, reliability, governance, deployment, and monitoring on cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in machine learning or related fields.
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML fundamentals including deep learning, optimization, NLP, and LLMs.
- Experience with AI/GenAI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain), production AI/ML deployment, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building production-grade AI/GenAI and LLM solutions with hands-on cloud deployment knowledge, preferably Azure.
- Skilled in managing AI governance, release controls, environment management, and operational readiness.
- Familiar with agentic AI workflows and multi-step tool usage in NLP contexts.
