About This Role
- Own financial performance management for Consumer PBU including EBIT bridge analysis versus PE, PY and AOP.
- Lead forecasting, planning, and Annual Operating Plan process ensuring robust assumptions and alignment with financial objectives.
- Drive profitability analysis and financial insights across products, channels, and investments to influence commercial decisions and business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- 6–12 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
- Experience with financial systems, ERP environments (SAP preferred), and planning/consolidation tools like Essbase or Hyperion.
- Work Experience Required: 6–12 years in relevant finance roles.

- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Engineering, and Operations in complex manufacturing or consumer business environments.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record in managing P&L, variance analysis and driving process improvements in a finance business partnering role.
