About This Role
- Prepare executive-level presentations and meeting materials, ensuring content consolidation and consistent formatting for leadership forums.
- Support project execution by compiling key project data such as lessons learned, action items, and next steps, and track progress on deliverables using tools like MS Planner.
- Coordinate purchase order processes and contingent worker onboarding, ensuring timely communication and readiness of system access.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning logistics, engineering, or manufacturing operations.
- Advanced certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile delivery (Scrum Master, SAFe) are required.
- Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading end-to-end projects across Agile and Waterfall environments with risk management expertise.
- Familiarity with AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies in project delivery for enhanced project support.
- Skilled at analyzing data and reports to identify trends and support decision-making in complex supply chain projects.
