About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects that drive strategic improvements across ESC, managing scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Engage and align stakeholders through clear communication to ensure project delivery and support sustainable adoption of outcomes.
- Manage governance, risks, documentation, and escalate issues with mitigation actions while driving continuous improvement in project delivery practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
- Minimum 7+ years in supply chain, procurement, planning logistics, engineering, manufacturing operations, or network with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies with strong risk management skills.
- Familiarity with AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies applied to project delivery is preferred.
- Capable of managing diverse, cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and driving process improvements through strong analytical skills.
