About This Role
- Support execution of compliant cross-border trade activities, ensuring timely movement of materials internationally.
- Prepare and validate trade and customs documentation to meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Coordinate customs clearance and logistics hand-offs, monitor trade execution, escalate issues, and support continuous improvement in trade operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in trade operations, international logistics, or customs coordination.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs processes, and trade documentation preparation.
- Work Location: Bangalore, India; Hybrid working model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with cross-border material movements involving raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in an international operational environment.
- Proficient in trade execution, documentation accuracy, and compliance adherence within established procedures and governance frameworks.
- Able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including customs brokers, 3PLs, and regulatory authorities, managing routine issues and escalating as needed.
