About This Role
- Lead enterprise-wide workforce planning, resource management, and operational governance to optimize deployment, utilization, and fulfillment of business demand.
- Drive resource allocation, bench optimization, internal mobility, and capacity planning aligned with business growth and project demand.
- Govern resourcing operations by tracking KPIs, reporting via executive dashboards, and leading process improvement and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Operations, Workforce Planning, Resource Management, PMO, or Delivery Operations.
- Experience managing large-scale workforce planning in consulting, banking, technology, or GCC environments.
- Proficiency in workforce analytics, capacity planning, operational governance, and reporting tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic workforce planning and resource management within consulting, banking, or technology sectors, preferably in GCC setup.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with executive-level stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Comfortable using data-driven insights and automation to improve operational effectiveness and scalability.
